Our monthly plan lets you pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you pay only for the work you have available.
In the rare case we don’t hit our guaranteed views?
If we don’t hit our monthly view/traffic goal for your social media our team will post content until we hit the guaranteed for the plan you’ve selected
What if I need to pause my plan?
Send us an email requesting to pause or cancel and we will inform you on how to unpause as well as what pieces of content have not been fulfilled.
In the cause of starting a new plan, we will honor and rollover leftover content that is unfulfilled.
What is our refund policy?
Due to the upfront planning involved for our services we do not provide any refunds.
Our customers come first so we do provide a very generous pause policy allowing you to rollover leftover content that is unfulfilled to the following month(s).
How do we handle travel cost?
Rarely do we charge any fee or addition cost but in the cause you want to film other than our locations (with in a 30 mile radius of either downtown Los Angeles, Tampa or Miami.)
In that cause we will communicate directly with your team to determine the cost of travel for an off location shoot.
What social media platforms do we manage?
Our team services 4 different media channels: Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin & YouTube. We have flexibility to use others but we’ve seen the most success through those platforms.
What is a media subscription service?
